Please do not allow this change. Wildlife have already endured loss of habitat and suffering due to human population expansion and sprawl. This is inhumane and does not even allow the prey the chance to use their survival skills to escape. It is animal cruelty for human entertainment and should be prohibited. If dogs are to be trained, do it where the prey has the chance of escape.
As a voting citizen in Ontario I do NOT support this change to the regulation.
