Putting environmental measures on a pure business basis of approval when we're at the point of looking at a precipice of irreversible climate-change induced disasters does not pass the sniff test for me.
This is the time all of Canada should be trying to lead in this area, instead of going "well, it's not our problem" and just sitting back just because of where the country is located, because the resulting refugee crisis is going make it our problem, even if indirectly.
