I see absolutely no need for these facilities to exist. The practices currently being employed are unnecessarily cruel to wildlife. Wildlife are not our property and therefore we as humans have no place in capturing them, detaining them or harming them in any way. The intentional use of captured wildlife as bait for training or recreational purposes is disgusting and I’m quite certain that these practices are contrary to the values and ethical concerns of the majority of Ontario’s population.
