Training and or trialing of hounds in a controlled environment decreases the chances of the new found extreme trespassing confrontations that have been continually rising year after year.
Posting of private properties by landowners and the patrolling of them has become the number 1 issue for hounds people and hunters alike.
Being able to comfortably train and trial in a controlled environment will certainly decrease the number of trespassing complaints from landowners who do not understand what a hunting hound does or how they would have inadvertently ended up on their property.
The legislation in this bill will help many other people enjoy the outdoors and the sound of a good chase that may not be able to otherwise.
