Bill 4, Cap and Trade Cancellation Act, 2018, is an action that may cause great impact on our environment. Not necessarily the best impact, that is. We need a carbon tax so people will realize the impact they are making on our environment. Most people don't like taxes, so when they see that there is a carbon tax, they will take action in order to reduce their taxes/ not have to pay carbon tax. This will also push them to educate themselves on why the carbon tax is important.
In conclusion, there are many ways, including carbon tax, that the climate change plan is important for changing our environment.
