I am horrified to read that Ontario is considering allowing this extremely cruel, inhumane and unnecessary practise to expand. Please DO NOT expand the number of licenses (or transfer of licenses) for kill pens.
My hope is that Ontario will put animal welfare first. Do the right thing, and protect animals.
