I read the proposal and see no reason for it to be implemented. More cruelty to wildlife. Why are any of these spaces in existence in the first place, if not for the benefit of sport-hunters? That there are competitions and judges means its for pleasure, not for ecological benefit.

There must be a better way to balance the needs of legitimate hunters with those of wild animals. Train and trial areas are cruel.
