This is barbaric and inhumane. How disgusting and backwards to allow more of these horrific facilities to operate. The cruelty that these wild animals endure and will continue to endure at the hands of the government is appalling. We are in the year 2023 if you know better you do better and clearly the decision that was made in the 90s was made by a more knowledgeable and compassionate government than the one we have now. This will spark outrage by the public when more of the public are made aware that this takes place in Ontario.
