Please. I grew up in the U.K. and I have Never liked the "sport" of fox hunting. The end result is an animal surrounded by and torn to pieces by frenzied dogs.
If the numbers of coyotes (or any other animal) needs to be controlled, then allow licenced hunters to kill the coyote with a gun instead of being ripped to pieces in a gore fest - it's barbaric!
It even fosters the snobbery of an elite upper class where the moneyed gear up in all their peacock finery with their high maintenance horses and hunting dogs. A fine days riding but it ends up in the animal being ripped to pieces while alive.
Apologies, but I do not want Canada to follow blindly in this barbaric "sport."
