To whom it may concern,
This is appalling. Please do not allow this barbaric proposal to become reality. It is inhumane and is a violation of animal rights.
Animals should be protected at all costs. Just because some may see these creatures as a nuisance does not make this appropriate action.
I would be absolutely ashamed to live in a province that allows this.
You must now allow this to occur.
