I am appalled that in this day and age Ontario would consider allowing dogs to be trained to kill using captive wildlife. There is absolutely no reason for this. I urge you to reconsider it is bad enough that there currently licences issued to allow this but in no way, shape or form should any additional.licences be issued. Let saner heads prevail and shut this down NOW.
