you must stop these facilities from being a thing, in the first place. at least stop any new ones from popping up.
it's a disgrace to know Ontario will let these places exist here. it seems like something that should've been done away with over a hundred years ago.
please do the right thing, have compassion and stop extreme animal cruetly.
