In regard to the Proposal to allow the issuance of licences for new dog train and trial areas and the transfer of licences. This must be struck down. We do not want this barbarism in our community. The harm inflicted on the wildlife used as bait and the possibility of harm to the dogs being used, is incomprehensible. Strike this proposal down and send the message that we will not allow this. It is not sport. It is cowardice.
