Been around for a long time, and have never heard of this repugnant and barbaric treatment of both domestic and wild animals.
I am shocked, and in this day and age, this does not happen very often anymore...
What is even more shocking would be to ease restrictions instead of restricting this practice altogether.
Our society should be ashamed that we are taking dogs and turning them into pathological killers.
We banned certain breeds of dog for being aggressive, how do you think this is going to turn out?
Training a bunch of "killer" dogs, this is insane!!!
