The proposal states that the trial area is fenced to keep the wildlife safe. How can that be when they are trapped, unable to escape from being ripped apart by dogs? This is cruel and inhumane. If someone wishes to hunt in order to feed their family, the animal should be killed instantly, so that it does not suffer. Allowing rabbits, foxes and coyotes to be set upon by dogs will obviously inflict great suffering as these terrified animals try in vain to escape, only to be attacked and mauled to death. This should not be legal!
