The provincial government's proposal to amendment the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act (FWCA) encourages animal cruelty through the use of hunting dogs. Not only should the government not allow licenses to be transferred, the existing ones should be abolished. This practice goes against other laws that protect wildlife, and it is barbaric. You can do better than placating to psychopaths who take joy in killing wildlife.
