Why would we want to continue this barbaric process when it's already phasing out? "Underground" activity is going to happen regardless of it being legal or not, and is not a good reason to re-introduce this unethical form of "hunting". To be completely honest, it's cheating. it's also more importantly, it's unecessarily stressful and cruel to the animals who have no means of escape. Please listen to the experts in conservation and DO NOT allow these hunting pens.
