Thanks for considering to loosen the severance rules, I know there's been a lot of back and forth but let me just leave you with this... if the next generation of farmers can't sever land, to build and own a house, to raise their families and work on the family farm how are they going to take it over? We need more lenient severance rules not for developers but for family members who need these opportunity to work and live on the farms they're taking over.
