We need the ability to sever as many lots as we can from our farmland. Severing land can also provide opportunities for individuals to own their own piece of property, which can be a source of pride and stability for families and communities. Additionally, by creating more opportunities for development, severing land can help to increase property values and create new jobs, which can contribute to the overall economic growth of a region.
