All conservation parks in the north and waterway parks should remain the same, with use of bait in these areas, especially when new rules are in place for transportation between zones.
Should be allowed to keep any bait purchased or caught within zone, as disposal is just wasting our natural resource, and impossible to inforce.
Bait shops having to now hand out receipts is just going to increase the cost of bait, and for many shut down the winter fishery, as supply is limited in the north.
If the Goverment is serious about protecting our environment these rules should apply to first nations as well. My inforation tells me that they do not have to follow these rules as they are against there treaty rights.
