The proposal doesn't specify…

The proposal doesn't specify what exactly this means for the residents. We already have an abundance of pollutants in the air over our town 24/7. Does this mean that there will be more? We can wash our vehicles and the next morning it's covered in black and white particles again. We are breathing this all in. We were told there is a number to call when the town is filled with smoke but nobody ever answers. The town stinks with the stench that is released that we have to close all windows and stay inside. We pay taxes to enjoy our property. What is this procedure going to do? Reduce this pollution? Make it worse? English language would be nice so we know what to expect. Even the website https://www.ontario.ca/document/guide-applying-environmental-compliance… doesn't make anything clear as to what the proposal is for. This is our town too...not to mention the environment around our beautiful town.
