I 100% agree with preserving churches and other houses of worship. The Marian Shrine of Gratitude in Toronto is under a heritage review. Places of worship are essential for the mental health of a community. They provide art, peace of mind, and are a third space to meet people. My loneliness has decreased significantly since I have connected to close by houses of worship. Please protect them as essential services.
