Shouldn't the Climate Change…

Shouldn't the Climate Change Action plan and reporting come before the repeal of the Cap and Trade Act? This seems like a backward (both literally and figuratively) approach to something that is impacting us now and other global citizens to a great degree already. This will affect our children in dramatic ways. We need action now. Not rhetoric and grandstanding. It is time for the Ontario government to act on behalf of local and global realities, and not economic and industrial promises that send us further into this massive problem.
