The application includes “non hazardous” waste. What compensations will be provided for negative impact on property and health of Dresden residents when a “non hazardous” material is found in the future to be hazardous. Keep in mind that mercury, asbestos, and lead were all widely used residential and industrial products in the recent past. This compensation should be in the form of a trust fund paid for by York 1 and administered by chatham Kent county for the sole purpose of compensation the residents of Dresden. The amount should be not less than $100,000 per man woman child per year the site is in operation paid by York 1 the first of every year.
