I am concerned about the decision-making process around the development at Langstaff and 400, particularly the use of a Ministerial Zoning Order (MZO) and the lack of sufficient infrastructure planning and assessment. It is frustrating when important decisions like this seem rushed or lacking in thorough evaluation. This issue is particularly concerning to me because the consequences and negative impact it will have on the congestion that already exists.
