We are vehemently opposed to this proposal! The area is NOT on a major thoroughfare, the congestion in the area is horrible already- we cannot accommodate this number of additional residents!
The development had been along Highway 7- why is this even being considered on Langstaff??
I’ve been a resident of this area for 30 years, and it used to be a quiet, wonderful area to raise a family. This has changed with the development along Highway 7, and now this proposal of high density APARTMENTS on Langstaff will further denigrate the area!
Shame on the politicians that allowed this proposal to make it this far!
