The Ontario Endangered Species Act was once one of the strongest legislations in Canada. It needs to be protected and applied swiftly and diligently. There are too many delays and exemptions being granted. That is what is causing the problems. Read more

The earth cannot continue to sustain the exploitation of its resources for human greed. Protected areas are necessary for its ongoing health and politicians should not be bowing to large organizations and turning a blind eye to infringements.

I voted for you, Ford. Don't make me regret my vote by weakening this act. The Endangered Species Act needs MORE protection, not less. I value protecting species at risk. It is more important to me than economic development and if you change this act for the worse, I will not vote for you again. Read more
