Bill 66 constitutes an affront to both the environmental conservation and democratic processes of Ontario. The creation of “open-for-business” by-laws will allow for the circumvention of established environmental regulations by municipalities wanting to attract commercial activity. Read more

This Bill is very concerning to me and my family, and my family in future generations. Many of the provisions in the act would permit unilateral, irreversible, and incontestable changes in the fundamental character of Ontario. Read more
