re- excess overtime being allowed with no controls : would be unsafe and unfair except in emergencies
re - larger private daycares, should be limited in the number of children that one person watches-,for safety and care

I do not agree with opening up the greenbelt to development. This space is worth more than just the cost of the land, it is valuable for food, recreation, and natural processes which require, nay DEMAND this type of environment to function.

Remove Schedule 10 from Bill 66, which allows municipalities to override provisions in the Greenbelt Act, Clean Water Act, Lake Simcoe Act, Oak Ridges Moraine Conservation Act and Great Lakes Protection Act.
I'm simply amazed that a government, given the tight schedule we're on to cut carbon, would even consider removing the protected green areas. Please do what most Ontario voters want and protect what's already protected. That's one of the ways you might just get reelected.
The legislation protecting the Green Belt is not red tape. Preservation of the Green Belt is essential to maintenance of southern Ontario's sustainability -- economic, environmental, social, infrastructural.

Bill 66 is essentially a deregulation bill under the guise of promoting business by getting rid of “red tape”. Politicians often use the term “red tape” in a sinister fashion to easily win the minds of citizens.

I urge you to cancel (omit, delete, whatever it takes to get rid of) Schedule 10 of Bill 66. The Greenbelt seems to me already sufficiently compromised without allowing municipalities to by-pass legislation and thus further degrade it.

This Bill aggregates good things and bad things together and unfortunately when putin perspective, the bad things are outweighing the good things. As it is right now, this Bill should not be passed.
Please remove Schedule 10 from Bill 66, which allows municipalities to override provisions in the Greenbelt Act, Clean Water Act, Lake Simcoe Act, Oak Ridges Moraine Conservation Act and Great Lakes Protection Act.
Our Green Belt should be protected, not opened up to development.
Absolutely not. Conservative? How is this conservative?? Conservative = corporate?
This shall not pass. This environment is being eroded for jobs? Our species is doomed!!!!!
Bill 66 has few good points and many non-beneficial points.
As a farmer I have seen big business buying farm land at a stagering rate, only to turn it into development projects destroying the environment similar to the Greenbelt and other unique and valuable food lands.

I am strongly opposed to Bill 66. Planning reviews and enforcement of environmental protection are not costs that can reasonably be considered. Related savings would be short-term and amount to greater costs in the long run.
