There is a great deal wrong with this bill. Schedule 3 weakens protection for children in daycare and indeed puts their lives at risk. You should be subsidizing daycare costs for parents instead. Schedule 5 is misguided. Why would we want to allow anyone to emit toxins into our air and rivers? Read more

The Greenbelt preserves farmland and green-space essential for naturally filtering water and preventing flooding, not to mention critical habitat for many of Ontario’s endangered species. It also helps to combat climate change by storing 86.6 million tonnes of carbon. Read more

I am disheartened but not surprised by the current governments' decision to change some hard fought legislation. It took sound science, consultation and collaboration to have everyone on board - including farmers and now you just want to "change" policy for your own gain. Read more
