TCLP requirements:
The sampling frequency for TCLP are too extensive and causes on necessary cost on the source site. The TCLP frequency should be reduced to only one per site and of the worst case soil onsite. Currently, waste facilities only require 1 TCLP.

Thank you for considering the change for the change of use for building that were at one time used for a church and are now being transformed to use as a home. Churches are generally in community areas that are surrounded by homes and schools and therefore families and children.
