Please do not let bears be hunted all year. You endanger so many sentient lives in the process and hunters will take advantage of more lax laws. Bear hunters do not kill for a meaningful purpose - do they eat the bear? No! Stop this crazy ideas.

There’s absolutely not a good reason to kill bears unless you’re starving(?) or fighting for your life in an attack situation. Wildlife has enough of a struggle to survive these days due to resource extraction, loss of wild spaces, agricultural production, and human over population.

It is ludicrous to have a targeted hunting season when female bears have infant cubs who need their mothers. More common sense need to be applied here.
