I am disgusted that the Ontario government is considering bringing back the Spring bear hunt. Is this government all about dollars! You have no regard for wildlife and this hunt will leave orphaned cubs to die. Have you no compassion?
Please do not reinstate this hunt. Have some morals.
Please hear our family plea to end any bear hunts in Ontario.
I urge Ontario legislators to cancel the Spring Bear Hunt completely, and to not expand the pilot project instituted by previous Liberal governments.

Please do not allow Black Bear hunting in this province. There is no need for the killing of these animals. So many cubs end up orphaned and die. They are part of the ecosystem and should be left alone. No one needs a dead bear.
Agree with the return of the spring bear hunt but family members who are non-resident bear hunters should be allowed to hunt with their immediate resident relative. The the resident family member would be their "guide" and would need to be hunting together.

Please do not allow the "Spring Bear Hunt" to resume. It is cruel, irresponsible, inefficient and cowardly. It should not be used as amusement for hunters. Maybe humans should learn to respect others species, clean up our garbage and care for them as we were meant to.
