No Bear hunting please. These majestic creatures need protection, and humane management. If we continue to decimate the natural world, we will tip nature’s balance before we realize it, and the consequences will affect every living creature, including mankind. Thank you

I believe black bears and their environment need to be protected. We need to educate communities to live with these creatures and give them the space and respect they deserve. They are not here for our entertainment or tourism needs but have an inalienable right to life.

Bear Hunt 1. The fact that the Ministry is trying implement this on a permanent basis defeats everything we stand for in the protection of animals. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN. People don't follow the rules and the ministry does NOT have resources to enforce them. Read more

The Ontario government wants to permanently bring back the spring bear hunt to benefit hunters and the tourism industry, even if it means a death sentence for orphaned cubs. Why would any responsible government want to exploit their wildlife in order to make hunters happy. Read more

If it was up to me there would be no bear hunt.. seriously, are the bears fighting for territory, are they endangered and there should be NO killing in their den while they are sleeping...only adult males and no females with cubs because that would be killing two..
