Anything invasive definitely needs to be dealt with. In the case of invasive wildlife I would suggest a small game licence be enough to harvest them but that the mammals need to be buried or eaten after being dispatched.
Other than the fact that the documents look like they were written/published by a 1st year university student, the meat and potatoes is there and the strategies look like good efforts to help prevent the spread and further establishment of invasive species in Ontario.
