Wildlife should never be taken from their natural environments and held captive by hunters. It’s especially cruel to use rabbits, coyotes, and foxes as pawns for hunters to train dogs and hold competitions.

I strongly object to the practice of capturing wildlife for use by hunters for training. This practice is patently unethical and should never be revisited. It is stark and unnecessary cruelty to use rabbits, coyotes, and foxes for hunters to train dogs and hold competitions.

This act is absolutely disgusting and if Doug Fords wild disregard for animal safety in combination with his willingness to destroy the Green Belt proves how incompetent he is. This is an unacceptable bill, and continuing to peel back progress we've made is embaressing.

It’s 2023 and we are still ok with torturing animals. These animals are going through extreme emotional chaos. Constantly being hunted, chased, tortured. There are many other ways to train hunting dogs. It’s done all over the world. This should be banned! Not encouraged. Come on Canada. Read more
