It is inhumane to remove wildlife from their natural habitats to use them as bait to train hunting dogs. Wildlife face so many pressures already from climate change to sport hunting that they don't need this added pressure.

This proposal is the most disgusting thing I have ever heard of. What have we become as a society that we would allow such cruelty to our wildlife when we try so hard to save our precious wildlife.
I am writing to object to the proposals of new licenses for facilities that use wildlife in training hunting dogs. I oppose this practice of using captive wild animals to further perpetuate cruelty and I hope this proposal will be reconsidered.

I am against this practice and quite frankly was surprised to hear it is actually permitted by the government. I see no need to train dogs to hunt wildlife in first place. I would like to see this practice and the training facilities abolished.
Really?! This is disgusting. A lot of disgusting things going on with our government right now and now they want to be cruel to wild animals who have already lost habitat and are constantly being pushed out of their homes?! This has no grounds to be put through. Absolutely hard no.

This is unnecessary. Hunting dogs have been trained humanely for decades without the use of captive animals as bait. These train and trial areas contain the potential for abuse as well as terrorizing the animals used as hunting targets.

This proposal is absolutely wrong! I strongly object to the use of bait animals for the purpose of training hunting dogs. The bait animals are sentient beings that don't deserve to be put in this position.

I absolutely do NOT support the opening of any further dog trial and train areas, ie the issuance of new licenses for these areas.
