I am a concerned citizen residing in Chatham Kent. I have been frequenting Rondeau Provincial park and camping there for my entire 68 years of my life and my parents before me. From what i have read, Rondeau was created to include cottages. Read more

Dear Rondeau Park management team, Please find a permanent solution to the issue of cottages within the park. The cottages have been a part of the part since the beginning over 100 years ago and remain an important source of revenue for the park and of people who care for the park. Read more

Yes I believe the Rondeau Provincial Park Management Plan should be amended to include the permanent occupancy of the cottage lots. The plan should be amended to sell the cottage lots under Section 9(3)of the Provincial Parks & Conservation Reserves Act of 2006. Read more

ERO # 019-6142 I am in support of the proposed lease extension for 2 years in order to come to an agreement with Rondeau Cottagers on an alternative to the traditional 21 year leases that will provide a permanent long term occupancy solution. Read more

I am aware of the need for a short term lease renewal for the cottage lots at Rondeau Provincial Park. However, the objective of the additional two years should be to establish a solution for the permanent occupancy of the cottage lots. Read more

Mr Gryck, I was a young boy when my parents purchased our cottage in 2005. It was a safe place to experience independence and learn new skills, boating, fishing, bike riding trails, exposure to the beauty of nature and how to be a steward of protecting the park. Read more
