Bill 23 has many merits. I agree that there is a need for housing and intensification in some parts of the province. I agree that we should work to remove development charges for affordable and subsidized housing projects/units. Read more

Unacceptable. This bill gives draconian power to the provincial government to destroy natural lands, override local government and removes power to appeal. This isn’t a bill for housing. This is a bill to feed the power of Doug Ford. Ontario demands for better.
