Why consultation isn't required
An amendment to the Renewable Energy Approval held by Oxley Wind Farm Inc., has been made by the Director to change the company address.
The purpose of the posting is to inform the general public of the amendment and their right to require a hearing in respect of this decision.
The amendment to the Renewable Energy Approval is considered administrative.
Bulletin details
This is an amendment to existing Renewable Energy Approval (REA) No. 3780-96UL7S. This amendment will make an administrative change within the approval to:
- change the company address.
This Class 4 wind facility, known as the Oxley Wind Farm Energy Project, is located in the Town of Essex, County of Essex. The facility has a total expected generation capacity of 6 megawatts (MW) and will operate 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

Any resident of Ontario may require a hearing by the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) within 15 days after the date this Decision is loaded to the Environmental Registry by written notice served upon all of the following:

An applicant for a hearing shall state in the notice requiring the hearing
- a description of how engaging in the renewable energy project in accordance with the renewable energy approval will cause
- serious harm to human health, or
- serious and irreversible harm to plant life, animal life or the natural environment;
- the portion of the renewable energy approval in respect of which the hearing is required; and
- the relief sought.
