We need the ability to sever our farmland. Severing land will create opportunities for the development of new homes which will continue to build our community. This will foster a greater sense of connection and community among residents.

Please move forward on allowing our farmland to be severed. We need 3 lots to be severed from our farm for our children to continue to work on the farm while having a home and something they own. Please make this happen Mr.Ford!
I'm looking to help my dad out on the farm as he's pushing 70 and can't do it on his own. When he took over he was able to sever a modest acre so he could build a house and work and live there. Because of the severance rules, the same opportunity doesn't exist for me.
