The applicant objects to
- Section 3.1 – the Expiry date of December 31, 2031
- Section 3.2 – the Amounts of Taking Permitted
The applicant feels that the long-term impact of large volume or excess water taking from the aquifers in Oro-Medonte / Oro Moraine over the long term can have a significant negative impact on the environment and potential availability of water to support both human habitations as well animal and plant life.
