The application can be approved if there is there is municipal support.. there IS NOT municipalsupport.. there is strong opposition that is being suppressed..
The area traffic is a nightmare as it stands and will get DRASTICALLY worse should the application be approved..

The development proposed at Langstaff and Hy 400 is not appropriate for the area. The impact on an already congested road, Langstaff, the development boasts no green space, would interfere with the 400 onramp, lacks water servicing, and contains Geotechnical concerns.

I object to all these condo buildings. It brings too much traffic. We already have a gridlock on Rutherford, Weston, Langstaff, highway #7 and I could go on and on.
Fix the traffic problem first and then build more condos.
The proposal to build four huge buildings at Langstaff Rd and Highway 400 defies all logic and common sense. If approved, it will forever be a visible symbol of poor planning and a failure of responsible government to the community it serves.
This approval for four 32 + storey apartment buildings on Langstaff and Hwy 400 is absolutely ludicrous! What is Steven Del Duca thinking!! The traffic in this area is already out of control. This developmment will only add to the congestion and lower the value of properties.

We moved north from Toronto into the East Woodbridge area 25 years ago to raise our family in a safe family friendly area that was closer to green space and more open spaces that are not overly congested, and with all family amenities in close proximity (if not walking distance).

There is already to much traffic and crime in Woodbridge! By adding these buildings it will increase the traffic and crime !
There is plenty of land further north!
I believe that it is the interests of the present and future community to have a traffic study and environmental impact study completed before this proposal for four apartment buildings at Langstaff and Highway 400 to be developed.

We moved to this neighbourhood 12 years ago because it was a great place to raise your family. Now I have to lock my gates, leave all my lights on outside during the night and check my camera before I answer the door. Adding 4 high rise building of mixed income is just going to add to the crime.

1. The current proposals for South Vaughan exceed its intended density levels. The current infrastructure does not support all the high rise condominiums.

I have lived in this community for 37 years. Traffic is impossible on this Weston road stretch.
This proposal is lacking enough space in a small area for 4 towers.
No amenities such as schools and green space are not available on this corner.

I don’t agree with those condos being there due to traffic not enough schooling for kids, water restrictions. No entry to the 400 N. from Langstaff, which will cause major traffic on Western Road going north by 330.
