The proposal to use a Ministerial Zoning Order (MZO) for a high-density residential development near Langstaff and the Highway 400 onramp raises several serious concerns, both in terms of urban planning and community well-being.
Ridiculous proposal! The amount of traffic this will bring to an already high traffic area. Will become like hwy 7 and Weston road. Loved to suburbs to get away from high rises and city life, don’t want it in my backyard.
This horrible!!!!!!! >>>>> our crime rate is out of control. it's pushing good people move away.. good people who made Vaughan the great place to live orginally.
The current infrastructure does not support the building of these 4 apartment buildings in this area. There is already so much traffic as it is. The community does not support the building of these towers.
How is it possible that our elected officials are going to extreme measures to approve development in an area that does not have the infrastructure to support it?

No more high rise buildings in Woodbridge!!! We are already over capacitated, too much traffic, no green space, terrible urban planning and basically looking like a ghetto.. sorry to use this term but it is!!!

The building of multiple high rise condos in this small area is not a wise decision. Trying to bypass the proper planning and review from experts is simply irresponsible on the part of the city of Vaughan. This area does not have the proper infrastructure to support the massive influx of residents.
I oppose this proposal because comprehensive planning processes and policies should not be by-passed. This site is not in a planned intensification area. This high-density residential development will interfere with traffic flow to the Highway 400 onramp, and it lacks community infrastructure.

There are too many building being built in Woodbridge. We are losing our identity and becoming like downtown Toronto. Already too much traffic. Good people are leaving this community and I am considering it too. And that is before I even saw this proposal.

I am not in favor of the 4 building on Langstaff and the 400 in Woodbridge Ontario. this will have negative impact to our city: congestion, impact services and property taxes.
