This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval for the establishment of Seasonal and Year-Round subsurface sewage disposal works rated at 44,310 litres per day, to service two residences and a trailer park located at 35248 Bayfield River Road, Bayfield, Municipality of Central Huron, Ontario.
The proposed works include:
- septic tanks,
- a holding tank,
- dosing pump stations, and
- subsurface disposal beds
The Ministry may require effluent monitoring and may impose effluent limits.
