Exemptions from the Environmental Assessment Act for Highway 413 should not be granted. The Assessments should not be rushed through as the new highway will be cutting through farmland, the Greenbelt and Nashville Conservation Area in Kleinberg. Read more

This is not fiscally conservative and encroaches on the City of Toronto's jurisdiction. Why can't the city decide what to do with its roadways and their elected officials be held accountable for local issues? I don't understand how this is in any way a provincial problem.
