This proposal to amend the Environmental Compliance Approval (air) No. 7422-64ZRHQ for QM GP Inc., as general partner for and on behalf of QM LP, for mobile ex-situ remediation services, operating at various sites across Ontario.

This application is for the approval to treat soil impacted with organic and inorganic compounds to support remediation, construction, and demolition activities. The proposed remediation technology include excavation and/or screening of material on site, the addition of amendment and/or moisture to the material, and windrowing and turning of material.

Contaminant emissions to the air include:

  • hydrogen peroxide
  • calcium peroxide
  • calcium hydroxide
  • sodium hydroxide
  • nitrilotriacetic acid
