This bill is anti-democratic and puts profits above Mother Earth. It is not what Ontario needs now. It puts many endangered species at risk. If this passes, it opens up the floodgates to exploitation of Ontario’s beautiful nature spaces without due process.

I oppose this bill. The government has not properly consulted with the Indigenous peoples of this province for their opinion, as it would clearly be against. We need to protect our ecosystems more than ever and this bill completely disregards that and will in fact further harm our land. Read more
