Proposal details

Proposed application 60-C-257131 is to add a 0.638 hectare portion of privately owned road and shoreline allowance to Lot 251 on Plan M-222. Lot 251 is approximately 0.46 hectares in size and currently has a vacant power house building on it that was decommissioned as a sewage treatment plant in 2023.

The effect of this application is to tie existing road and shoreline allowance to an existing lot in a plan of subdivision in order to be conveyed through a future lot consolidation.
