This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) for The Sarjeant Company Limited, a mobile ready-mix concrete facility, operating in various locations across the Province of Ontario.
This application includes all emission sources from the facility that exhaust to the atmosphere including one portable concrete ready-mix facility, equipped with dust collectors, silos, a propane-fired boiler and a diesel-fired generator. Contaminant emissions to the atmosphere include:
- suspended particulate matter
- portland cement
- slag
- carbon monoxide
- sulphur dioxide, and
- nitrogen oxides
